Filters - Amazon Marketplace

PrestaShop Amazon Marketplace - Filters Tab

From the Filters tab, you can selectively exclude products from being synchronized/exported to Amazon using several filtering options, such as price range, brand, or supplier.

ℹ️ Products excluded via these filters will not be exported. However, existing listings will not be taken offline even if excluded. In this case, it remains possible to delete them.

Status Filters

Status filters are enabled by default, even if the global Filters feature is disabled.

The following status filters are available:

  • Exclude inactive products (disabled products in PrestaShop)
  • Exclude products with zero price
  • Exclude products with visibility set to “None”
  • Exclude products with zero quantity

Important note about “Exclude zero quantity products”

If the “Exclude zero quantity products” filter is enabled, products that are out of stock in PrestaShop will not be synchronized to Amazon with a quantity of 0.

As a result, Amazon may keep the last known stock value, which can lead to unwanted sales on Amazon for products that are actually out of stock.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend disabling the “Exclude zero quantity products” filter to ensure that zero stock quantities are correctly sent to Amazon.

Price Filters

You can define a minimum and maximum price range.

In the example above, only products priced between €5 and €1,500 will be exported.

Brand / Manufacturer / Supplier Filters

You can exclude specific brands or suppliers by moving them:

  • From the right column to the left column, marked with a red cross.
  • Products related to the entities in the left column will not be exported to Amazon.

Using these filters effectively gives you full control over which products are exported, minimizing errors and keeping your Amazon catalog clean.
