Meaning
Your server clock is not correct.
Amazon only allows a maximum time difference of 3 minutes between your server and theirs.
How to check
In the module Information tab, look at the Remote column in the Status section.
If it's red, the server time is wrong.
Solution
- Ask your hosting provider, webmaster, or system administrator to correct the server time.
- Set up automatic time synchronization via NTP.
⚠️ Hosting providers sometimes dispute this, but it is often the actual cause. Provide evidence that the server time is correct before contacting support again.
