What are the delivery statuses?

Your packages can have one of the following statuses:


Status

Description

Action triggered on Shopify

PICKED UP

The package is picked up, or in processing.

Delivery marked as picked up (confirmed).

RECIPIENT INFORMED

The recipient has been notified.

Delivery marked as picked up (confirmed).

IN DELIVERY

The package is being delivered, in transit, or ready to be shipped.

Delivery marked as in_transit.

DISTRIBUTED

The package has been distributed.

Delivery marked as picked up (confirmed).

SORTED

The package has been sorted.

Delivery marked as picked up (confirmed).

SHIPPED

The package has been shipped.

Delivery marked as out_for_delivery.

PICK UP

The package is available, ready for collection at the collection point.

Delivery marked as delivered.

DELIVERED

The package has been delivered.

Delivery marked as delivered.

RETURNED RECIPIENT

The package has been returned.

Delivery marked as canceled.

ERROR

The package delivery is in error.

Delivery marked as error.

UNKNOWN

The status is unknown (an anomaly is possible).
