Synchronising the Order Statuses - Amazon Marketplace Plus

Once the orders are imported and shipped, the module must notify Amazon of the status update and tracking number.
Amazon will then notify the customer.

Automated Process

This process can be automated using a scheduled task (cron job).

What to Check

1. Module Configuration

  • Make sure you have defined a "shipped**/expedited" status** in the Parameters tab of the module:

    PrestaShop Amazon Marketplace Orders statuses
  • Set up your scheduled tasks

2. Order Verification

  • The status matches the one you defined as "shipped"
  • A tracking number is provided

3. Carrier Mapping (Outgoing Orders)

  • Ensure the carrier used to ship the order is properly mapped for each targeted marketplace:
  1. Go to the relevant marketplace tab in the module (e.g., UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany).
  2. Scroll down to the Outgoing Orders section.
  3. Locate your PrestaShop carrier and select the corresponding Amazon Carrier from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Note: If a carrier is missing or unmapped in the Outgoing Orders section, the synchronization cron will fail to update Amazon and display a diagnostic warning (e.g., Carrier not found, please configure mappings for: GLS (en)).

Test the Process

You can test the script manually.
👉 Follow the Test section on the Scheduled Tasks page

Third-Party Integrations

If you use external software (e.g. Expeditor), make sure your technical provider ensures correct integration with the module.
