The panel on the left displays the exact date and time of your most recent operations:
- Manual Update: Shows the last time you manually started an operation.
- Scheduled Tasks Update: Shows the last time an automatic background task ran.

History Report
- Date / Time: The exact moment the task took place.
- Action: The type of task performed along with its unique batch ID link.
- Status: Shows if the task completed successfully (such as Success).
- Result: Breaks down the items into counts for Success, Skipped, and Error.

Search and Lookup Tools
Use the dedicated search options to inspect specific batches or search across product logs:
- Look up a Batch ID: Enter any batch ID to jump directly to its complete report, including full item details and message summaries. Once loaded, you can filter within the batch using the Batch Details search box to search for a specific SKU, Product ID, product name, or error message.
- Search a Product (SKU / EAN / Title): Locate all logs associated with a product across all batches using its SKU, EAN barcode, or product title. Successfully processed items display a green SUCCESS badge.
- Download Data Sent: Click this button below the results table to export the exact CSV data package submitted to Cdiscount during that run (including calculated prices and shipping settings).
- Download Log: Click this button to export a consolidated CSV report detailing issue types, sources, and status details for the selected batch.
Message Summary
The Message Summary box provides a visual count and breakdown of products processed, excluded, or refused during synchronization.

Messages and errors are categorized into three distinct groups:
- Refused or Blocked by Cdiscount (Orange): Errors returned directly by Cdiscount after processing the feed submission, as well as items blocked prior to sending because they require product creation or marketplace authorization (e.g., Category or brand selling restrictions, Product not created on Cdiscount).
- Configuration Issues (Blue): Validation warnings and errors detected upfront by FeedBiz before data is transmitted. Items are flagged here due to missing or incorrect store data or settings (e.g., Required EAN code, Duplicate EAN13, Missing size, Missing Color, Wrong EAN code).
- Excluded by Your Settings (Yellow): Products deliberately skipped or restricted based on your store status, product-level settings, and catalog rules (e.g., Inactive products in your shop, Products disabled via Offer Options, Stock filter rules, Price rules, or Excluded SKU/EAN lists). These reflect your custom settings working as intended rather than data errors. (Note: If a product is already live on the marketplace, applying an exclusion will set its exported stock to 0, ensuring it remains listed but cannot be sold.).
