Use this tab to set up your shipping times and link your store's carriers to your Cdiscount delivery methods.



Shipping Preparation


  • Preparation Time: This field is mandatory. Enter the number of days you need to package an order and hand it to the carrier.
💡 Note: The number you enter here is your store's default fallback. You can override this time for specific product groups inside your Models settings.


Matching Your Carriers


The shipping options displayed on this page match the delivery methods you turned on in your Cdiscount Seller Backoffice. Only your selected choices will show up here.


  • How Fees Are Calculated: When you choose a PrestaShop carrier, Feed.biz automatically uses that carrier's weight or price grid to calculate shipping costs.
  • Order Invoices: When a Cdiscount order is imported into your store, the name of the carrier you choose here will print directly onto the invoice.



Shipping Fees Table


This grid lists Cdiscount's official delivery methods (like Standard, Suivi, or Recommandé). For each method, you can fill out the following details:


  • Standard Shipping Method: Click the dropdown menu to choose which carrier from your PrestaShop store matches this Cdiscount delivery option.
  • Min Charge: The lowest shipping price allowed. If your regular shipping setup is empty, the system will use this amount as a backup.

⚠️ Important: Do not type 0 here as a backup value. If you enter 0, the system will ignore it and use your store's normal shipping costs instead.


  • Additional Charges: An extra fee added to the shipping cost if a customer buys more than one of the exact same item. This extra fee is applied from the second item onward.
  • Markup: Use this to change your shipping price for Cdiscount. Type a positive number to make it higher, or a negative number to make it lower (for example, entering -5 lowers the shipping fee by €5).




Using C Logistique (Fulfillment by Cdiscount)


If you use Cdiscount's fulfillment service (C Logistique), they take care of all the packing, storage, and shipping for you. If this is active, you only need to match your carriers to the corresponding shipping methods in this tab to complete your setup.
