Use this page to view, enable, or disable automated background tasks executed by Feed.biz, such as stock updates, order retrieval, and FBA inventory management on Amazon.

Scheduled Tasks Overview

Feed.biz runs scheduled tasks automatically based on predefined frequencies and marketplace quota limits. You can monitor and control these background processes directly from the table interface:

• Allow automatic updates: Check or uncheck the box next to a task to enable or disable its automated execution.
• Tasks: Displays the name and primary function of the scheduled task.
• Cron target: Identifies the backend script file executed for the task.
• Last checked time: Displays the exact date and time the task was last executed.
• Status: A green icon indicates that the last execution completed successfully.
• Next check countdown: Displays the remaining time before the task runs again.

Hovering over a task name in the table reveals its detailed function and execution frequency:

• Amazon - Create Products: Creates new product listings on Amazon (runs 1 time per day).
• Amazon - Delete Products: Removes deleted products from Amazon (runs 1 time per day).
• Amazon - FBA Manager: Synchronizes and manages FBA inventory (runs 1 time per hour).
• Amazon - FBA Order Statuses: Updates order fulfillment statuses on Amazon (runs 3 times per hour).
• Amazon - Fix stock discrepancies: Corrects stock discrepancies across listings (runs 1 time per day).
• Amazon - Get Orders: Resolves order discrepancies by fetching orders placed within the last 7 days (runs 4 times per day).
• Amazon - Recreate Product: Recreates product listings marked for recreation (runs 4 times per day).
• Amazon - Report FBA Fee: Fetches FBA fee data from the past day (runs 1 time per day).
• Amazon - Repricing - Analyzing: Performs repricing analysis via Amazon SQS (runs every 2 minutes).
• Amazon - Send Orders: Imports orders into your order processing pipeline (runs 2 times per hour).
• Amazon - Send Offers / Update Stock: Updates offer prices and inventory stock levels on Amazon (runs 3 times per hour).
