Use this page to manually download orders received on Amazon into Feed.biz or send updated order fulfillment statuses and tracking numbers back to Amazon.

ℹ️ Note: Before importing orders, ensure that Import Orders is enabled under Amazon > Configuration > Features. Order synchronization also occurs automatically according to your Scheduled Tasks settings.

Import Orders

Specify parameters to manually import Amazon orders within a target timeframe:

• Order date range: Set the start and end dates for the order search window.
• Order status: Select an order status filter from the dropdown menu:
• Retrieve all pending Orders
• Pending - This order is pending in the marketplace
• Unshipped - This order is waiting to be shipped
• Partially shipped - This Order was partially shipped
• Shipped - This Order was shipped
• Cancelled - This Order has been cancelled

Click Import Orders to download the matching orders into Feed.biz and transfer them to your store.

Update Order Statuses and Shipping

Click Update Order Statuses and Shipping to transmit updated order statuses and package tracking details from your store back to Amazon.
