Use this page to manage and synchronize your product offers on Amazon via the Feed.biz Offers Wizard.

💡 Offer vs. Product: An Offer updates price, quantity, and listing details for products that already exist in the Amazon catalog. If a item does not yet exist on Amazon, use the Products Wizard to create a new catalog listing.

Offers Wizard Setup Steps

The Offers Wizard guides you through the offer synchronization workflow:

  1. Configure API Settings: Establish the connection between Feed.biz and Amazon via the API Settings page, and choose whether to synchronize prices and stock movements.
  2. Choose Categories: Select the store categories to synchronize and map them to their designated Profiles.
  3. Sync & Match: Process your inventory using one of two synchronization modes based on your current Amazon catalog status.

Synchronization Modes

  • Synchronize Only: Select this mode to update offers already linked to your Amazon seller account. Feed.biz matches items using your store's SKU or Reference field to update prices and stock levels. During execution, real-time progress is displayed for:
  • Statistics: Total count of products identified for synchronization.
  • Feeds: Component status for Product, Inventory, Price, and Images.
  • Relationships: Parent-child variant hierarchies.
  • Synchronize & Match: Select this mode if your store products exist in Amazon's general catalog but are not yet listed under your seller account (or if your Amazon inventory is empty). Feed.biz matches EAN/UPC codes to automatically create new offers on your account.
  • Visual Comparison: Visually compare store items against Amazon's catalog data side-by-side to detect and prevent incorrect EAN matches.
  • Confirm: Confirms a match between your product and the Amazon listing, adding it to the export queue and clearing it from the review list.
  • Reject: Excludes mismatched products from the export queue and removes them from the review list.

Sending the Offer Feed

Once your product selections and matches are complete, click Send to transmit the offer feed to Amazon.

ℹ️ Note: A progress window will display while the feed generates. You can safely close or navigate away from Feed.biz; active synchronization scripts will continue running in the background.
