Use this page to import customer orders from Amazon into your online store and send shipment tracking details back to Amazon.
Import Orders
Import orders from Amazon to your store by setting specific search criteria:
- Parameters: Select an Order date range and choose an Order status (e.g., Pending, Unshipped, Partially shipped, Shipped, Cancelled, or Retrieve all pending Orders).
- Execution: Click Import Orders, select your parameters, and click Start importing orders.
- Out of Stock Orders: To import orders for items that are currently out of stock, enable the Force Import option in your Feed.biz module configuration.
Send Orders
- Shipment Export: Collects fulfillment details and tracking numbers from your store back office and updates the orders on Amazon.
- Execution: Click Send Orders to transfer shipment tracking information directly to Amazon.
