Use this page to set product-level overrides for Amazon. Any values configured here replace your shop's default settings when sending offer feeds to the marketplace.

Editing Product Offer Options

Click Edit next to any product to open its configuration panel. If a product contains combinations or variants, options can be set individually for each variant.

The editable fields include:

• Price Override: Set a custom price for Amazon that replaces your shop's standard price.
• Disabled: Exclude this offer entirely from being sent to Amazon.
• Force in Stock: Set a fixed stock quantity to override actual shop stock levels.
• Do not export (Price / Quantity): Check these options to stop synchronizing price or quantity updates to Amazon for this product.
• Latency: Define handling/preparation time (in days) required before shipping.
• Gift Option: Enable Gift Wrap or Gift Message options for the buyer.
• Override Shipping Charges: Enter a custom shipping charge to override Amazon's calculated shipping fees.
• Shipping Template: Select a specific Amazon shipping template to apply to the product.
• FBA: Mark the product as Fulfilled by Amazon.
• Browse Node: Specify an Amazon Browse Node ID to override category placement.
• Condition Note: Add a short description detailing product condition (e.g., "Good general condition, minor packaging scratches").
• Key Product Features: Define custom bullet points to display on the Amazon product detail page.
• ASIN: Force a specific ASIN for the offer (useful when an EAN barcode matches multiple ASINs on Amazon).

💡 Resetting Overrides: Click Reset on any product row to remove all custom overrides and restore default shop values.

Bulk Import and Export Tools

Manage offer options in bulk across multiple products using CSV files:

• Import Offers Options: Upload a file containing offer options. Click Download Template inside the pop-up window to get a correctly structured sample file.
• Download Offer Options: Export a CSV file containing current offer options, with options to filter by category, active status, or stock availability.

After entering manual changes or uploading a bulk options file, click Submit to save and apply the updates.
