Use this page to automatically email PDF invoices to customers when their Amazon orders reach a specific status.



Configuring Automated Invoice Emails


Toggle the ACTIVE switch to ON to reveal the email configuration options:


  • Orders Statuses: Select the order status trigger (e.g., Shipped) that causes the invoice email to be sent.
  • Mail Template: Select the email body template to use for the invoice notification. Click Preview to inspect the email text or Manage Template to add and edit templates.
  • Additional File: Select any supplementary document (such as terms and conditions or user guides) to include alongside the invoice, or click Manage Additional File to upload new files.



SMTP Server Settings


Configure your outgoing SMTP server credentials to send emails directly through your email provider:


  • Duplicate parameters from: Copy existing SMTP configurations from another marketplace tab if already configured.
  • SMTP Server: Enter your mail server address (e.g., smtp.domain.com).
  • Login & Password: Enter the authentication credentials for your email account.
  • Encryption: Choose the security protocol required by your host (None, TLS, or SSL).
  • Port: Specify the outgoing SMTP port number.
  • Quotas: Set the maximum number of emails allowed per hour to prevent exceeding server rate limits.



After configuring your settings and server credentials, click Save at the top right to enable automated invoice delivery.
