Use this page to configure automated email requests asking customers to rate their purchase and leave a seller review on Amazon.

Toggle the ACTIVE switch to ON to enable automated review incentive emails and display configuration fields:

Orders Statuses: Choose the order status (e.g., Shipped or Delivered) that triggers the email action.
Mail Template: Select the email template sent to customers for seller review requests. Click Preview to review the email message or Manage Template to upload or edit templates.
Period: Specify the maximum timeframe (in opening/business days) after order shipment or delivery to send the message. Once this delay is exceeded, the incentive email will automatically be skipped.

Configure outgoing SMTP server details to route automated emails directly through your host:

Duplicate parameters from: Check this box to copy existing SMTP configuration settings from another marketplace configuration tab.
SMTP Server: Enter your mail server address (e.g., smtp.mydomain.com).
Login & Password: Enter the credentials required to authenticate with your email provider.
Encryption: Select the encryption type supported by your server (None, TLS, or SSL).
Port: Specify the outgoing SMTP connection port number.
Quotas: Define the maximum number of email messages allowed per hour to prevent exceeding sending limits.

After completing the configuration, click Save at the top right to apply and activate automated seller review emails.
