Use this tab to configure Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) settings, including stock synchronization rules, fee surcharges, pricing formulas, shipping templates, and Multi-Channel Fulfillment options.



Fulfillment by Amazon


  • FBA MASTER PLATFORM: Select to designate this marketplace profile as the master FBA platform for Amazon Europe.



Configuration Settings


  • BEHAVIOR: Define stock handling and fulfillment switching:
  1. Use Amazon FBA stock first, then switch to your own stock (AFN/MFN auto switching): Automatically transitions fulfillment methods to seller-fulfilled once FBA inventory is exhausted.
  2. Synchronize stocks from Amazon FBA, your shop's stock is overrode: Replaces local shop inventory quantities with live Amazon FBA stock levels.


  • FBA SURCHARGE: Apply percentage-based surcharges to FBA items:
  1. Estimated fees: Applies a surcharge calculated as a percentage of estimated Amazon fees.
  2. Fulfillment fees: Applies a surcharge calculated as a percentage of Amazon fulfillment fees.


  • FBA DEFAULT SURCHARGE: Enter a fallback fee surcharge amount to use when estimated fees are not yet available from Amazon.
  • FBA PRICE FORMULA: Set a specific percentage adjustment formula specifically for FBA product listings.
  • DEFAULT SHIPPING TEMPLATE: Select the shipping template to assign to FBA products. If unselected, the profile's default shipping group is used.
  • MULTI-CHANNEL FBA: Toggle YES/NO to enable Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for non-Amazon orders.
  • AUTOMATIC MULTI-CHANNEL: Toggle YES/NO to automatically dispatch eligible orders through FBA Multi-Channel Fulfillment upon order creation.
  • DECREASE STOCK: Toggle YES/NO to automatically deduct local stock when importing orders.
