Use this page to view, search, and troubleshoot offer synchronization errors returned by Amazon during feed updates.

Amazon assigns a unique numerical code to each feed error to help identify the root cause.

Search by SKU: Enter a product SKU into the Search: SKU field to find errors affecting a specific item.
Search by Message: Type keywords or specific error text into the Search: Message field to filter the error list.

The Offers error log organizes synchronization failures into the following table structure:

Expand Details (+): Click the + icon next to any error code to view individual affected items and additional error details.
Code: Displays Amazon's unique error identifier.
Messages: Describes the specific reason Amazon rejected or flagged the offer feed submission.
Total SKUs: Shows the total count of product SKUs currently affected by that error.
