Use this tab to create and manage Profiles that link product categories to Amazon models and set rules for stock, pricing, titles, descriptions, shipping, and identifiers.



Managing Profiles


  • Add a Profile: Click + Add a Profile to create a new profile configuration.
  • Edit or Delete: Modify an existing profile or remove it using the Edit or Delete buttons.



Basic Profile Settings


  • Profile Name: Enter a recognizable name for the profile.
  • Model: Select the Amazon Model previously created in the Models tab to associate with this profile.



Inventory & Synchronization


  • Stock Break-even: Set a quantity to deduct from your actual store stock prior to exporting inventory to Amazon.
  • Synchronization field: Choose the product attribute used to identify listings on Amazon (Both (EAN13 then UPC), EAN13 (Europe), UPC (United States), or ISBN).
  • ASIN has Priority: Enable to prioritize existing ASIN numbers over standard product barcode identifiers when syncing listings.
  • Code Exemption: Check Use an EAN/UPC exemption for this Profile if your products do not require standard barcode identifiers on Amazon.



Content & Display Options


  • Title Format: Define the title structure sent to Amazon (Standard Title, Attributes, Manufacturer, Title, Attributes, or Manufacturer, Title, Reference, Attributes).
  • HTML Descriptions: Check this option to export HTML formatted descriptions instead of plain text.
  • Description Field: Select which store description to send to Amazon (Long description, Short description, Both, or None).
  • SKU as MFR Part Number: Check to use the product SKU/reference as the Manufacturer Part Number on Amazon.
  • Default Condition note: Enter default text describing the item condition to appear on Amazon listing sheets.
  • Key Product Features: Select how bullet points are generated on Amazon (Use Product Features, Break up description into bullet points, or Don't use Key Product Features).
  • Recommended Browse Node: Enter the specific Amazon Browse Node ID to place products into precise subcategories.



Shipping, Pricing & Filtering Rules


  • Latency: Set the handling time (in days) required to prepare and ship products.
  • Default Shipping Template: Assign the default Amazon shipping template for products under this profile.
  • Repricing Strategy: Apply pre-configured pricing strategies from your Repricing Parameters settings.
  • Price Rules: Define percentage or fixed-amount price modifiers for specific price ranges.
  • Rounding: Configure price rounding to One digit, Two digits, or None.
  • Sales: Check Don't allow sales to prevent items in this profile from being listed with promotional pricing.
  • Images: Specify the maximum number of product images to export to Amazon per listing.
  • Rule: Assign pre-defined filtering rules to include or exclude specific products based on custom criteria.
