Use this tab to associate your store's shipping carriers with Amazon's recognized carriers to ensure accurate tracking and order synchronization between Feed.biz and Amazon.

Incoming Orders

When receiving orders from Amazon, Amazon provides the carrier name used for the order. Map these incoming carriers to match your store's existing carrier settings:

• Amazon Carrier (Left): Displays the carrier name sent by Amazon for imported orders.
• Shop Carrier (Right): Select the corresponding carrier configured in your store to map to Amazon's incoming carrier.

Outgoing Orders

When sending tracking numbers and fulfillment updates back to Amazon, Feed.biz maps your store's carrier to Amazon's supported carrier list:

• Shop Carrier (Left): Select the carrier configured in your online store used to ship packages.
• Amazon Carrier (Right): Select the matching Amazon-recognized carrier to ensure valid tracking details are transmitted to Amazon.
