"List Price" is required but missing - Amazon MarketPlace Plus

Error Message:

When creating products on Amazon, you may receive the following error:

Why this error occurs

When sending products in creation mode, Amazon may require additional fields that are not initially visible in the profile.

In this case, Amazon is requesting the List Price field.

⚠️ Important:

The List Price is not your selling price.
It corresponds to the recommended retail price (MSRP / RRP).

Where to see the error

You can find this error in:

1. Catalog > Amazon > Reports

2. Click View Report

How to fix the error

Method 1: Add the field manually

1. Open your profile in the module
2. Go to Optional available fields
3. Click Load
4. Search for List Price
5. Click the + icon to add it

Then configure the field:

• Select the currency from Allowed Values
• In value_with_tax, choose:
• • A default value, or
  • A PrestaShop field such as Retail price (tax incl.) (recommended)

Method 2: Use the List Price rule

Alternatively, you can configure it directly in the profile:

1. Scroll down to List Price Rule (MSRP)
2. Choose one of the following options:

• Disabled
• Percentage → calculate List Price based on your selling price and add a percentage on top (e.g. +20%)
• Value → calculate List Price based on your selling price and add a fixed amount on top

Important step

Once the profile has been updated:

1. Select Create as the operation (if creating new products).
2. Go to Catalog >  Amazon > Products.
3. Enable Include List Price.

4. Verify that the List Price is configured and check for any missing required fields.

5. Send the products.

Conclusion

This error indicates that Amazon requires the List Price (MSRP/RRP) for the selected product type.

To resolve it:

• Configure the List Price manually or use the List Price Rule (MSRP).
• Enable Include List Price when sending the feed.
• Resend the products to Amazon.
