Labeling options

  • Manage orders placed without Colissimo carrier
    If enabled, the Colissimo app retrieves all orders placed in the store. You then select the orders for which you want a label in the Labels tab.

    If disabled, then only orders placed via the Colissimo carrier in this app will be considered.
  • Default delivery method for these orders
    If the Manage orders placed without Colissimo carrier option is enabled, then orders not placed with the Colissimo carriers in this app will be considered as having been placed via this Colissimo delivery method.
  • Address
    The address block allows you to indicate your business address to Colissimo. This is the address that will be displayed on the shipping label.
  • Estimated delivery time to Colissimo after label creation
    Estimated number of days between label generation and delivery of the package to Colissimo.
  • Label output format
    If you are printing on an A4 laser printer, select the A4 PDF mode. If you are printing on a Datamax thermal printer, select the 10x15cm PDF mode.
  • Parcel Tracking
    If you would like your packages to be tracked and their delivery status updated, leave this option enabled. When the order is shown as delivered, the delivery will be marked as complete in your Shopify order.
