How to sync Shopify dropshipping products to Amazon

Introduction:

This guide outlines the process of synchronizing your Shopify dropshipping products with existing product listings on Amazon. This allows you to leverage existing ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers) and simplify the product listing process.

Using Actions > Lookup for Dropshipping Product Synchronization:

The easiest method for syncing your dropshipping products with Amazon is by utilizing the Actions > Lookup feature within the app. This tool identifies existing offers on Amazon that match your Shopify products.

Process:

Navigate to Actions > Lookup: Access the Actions > Lookup section within the app.
Select an Existing Offer: Browse the available Amazon offers and select the one that corresponds to your Shopify dropshipping product. This involves matching product details, such as title, description, and images.
Link Your Shopify Product: Select your Shopify product to lock in your choice with the existing offer.
Send the Offer to Amazon: Once you've linked your Shopify product to the Amazon offer, a "Send" button will appear at the top of the page. Click this button to submit the offer synchronization request.

Batch Processing:

You can select and send multiple product offers simultaneously for efficient synchronization.

Important Notes:
Amazon Authorization: Certain product categories on Amazon require special authorization. Even after listing your products using this method, please monitor your Amazon Seller Central account for any additional requirements or notifications regarding product eligibility.
Processing Time: Allow several minutes to an hour for the synchronization to be reflected in your Amazon account. The processing time can vary depending on the number of products being synced.
