How To Sync FBA Inventory

Introduction:

This guide outlines the steps required to synchronize your Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inventory with your Shopify store. This allows you to automatically update your Shopify product inventory levels based on your FBA inventory.

Important Notes:
Availability: FBA Inventory sync is available from the Advanced Plan and up.
Product Synchronization Requirement: This feature requires your products on Amazon to be synchronized with your products on Shopify before enabling FBA inventory sync.
SKU Matching: For products to sync correctly, the SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) for your products on Shopify must be identical to the SKUs for the corresponding products on Amazon.

How to Enable FBA Inventory Sync:

Enable Inventory Sync: Navigate to Workflows > Inventory and enable the inventory synchronization toggle.

Enable FBA Sync: Navigate to Workflows > FBA and enable the FBA synchronization toggle.


That's it! Your FBA inventory should now be synced with your Shopify store. Please allow some time for the initial synchronization process to complete. You can monitor the sync status in the app dashboard.
