Keep importing your Amazon orders even after reaching your plan's monthly limit. This guide explains how to activate, monitor, and understand billing for the Overage Import feature available in the module.



Requirements & Eligibility


  • Module Version: This feature requires Version 6.3.0 or higher.
  • Upgrade Notice: If you are running a lower version of the module, please contact our support team to request an upgrade by opening a chat in the bottom right corner of this page.
  • Eligible Plans: Starter, Advanced, and Pro plans.
  • Ineligible Plans: The Free Plan is not eligible. You must upgrade your plan to access this option.



How to Activate Overage Import


Follow these steps to enable the module to continue importing orders past your monthly quota:


  1. Open your PrestaShop back office and navigate to the Amazon Marketplace Plus Module.
  2. Click on the Parameters tab.
  3. Locate the section labeled Overage import (import past your monthly quota).
  4. Switch the toggle switch to Yes.

Important Billing Notes:


  • No Auto-Charges: There are **no automated credit card charges **for extra orders.
  • Manual Invoicing: Common-Services will manually issue an invoice for the exact accumulated extra cost after the period ends (e.g., after the calendar month concludes).
  • Consent: By switching this option to Yes, you accept that Common-Services will invoice you for these extra orders at the end of the period.
