Fulfillment requests from Shopify to Amazon FBA / MCF fail

When fulfillment requests fail within the app for Amazon FBA or MCF, please check for the following app setup:


  1. Settings > Amazon FBA > Multi Channel Fulfillment (MCF) - this should be enabled for MCF to properly work
  2. SKU is synced under Actions > Catalog > Export - if the SKU is synced, the app will be able to process fulfillments for any order created for it.
  3. Fulfillment service is mapped correct within the app. You can check this under Settings > Amazon FBA. The location selected here should be the same location stocked and used on Shopify.
  4. No app token expiry or account authorization failures are identified or shown in Actions > Failures. Any account issue can cause the sync to fail, and cause the fulfillment to stop.


If all these have been checked but the fulfillment still fails, reach out to our live support and provide the following information:


  • .myshopify.com URL
  • App subscription
  • Amazon order ID and SKU of the product within the order
  • Amazon region
  • Fulfillment configuration screenshot
  • Full error text


This will help us identify quicker what needs to be done or if further investigation is needed from our development team.
