Filters (Collisimo)
You can filter the order list according to several criteria:
This allows you to retrieve orders containing the ID you provide. For example, to display only orders containing 103, enter 103:
The list of orders will be filtered:
Select a date from the selector shown and only orders from that day will be displayed.
Filter orders by customer. If you're looking for a specific customer, it's recommended to enter their last name, as this field searches for matches between the first and last names, so customers you're not specifically looking for may be displayed.
Filter the list by delivery destination.
The address column on the label doesn't display the street address, but you can still filter on it.
Only display orders with a specific delivery method.
For example, display only orders for pickup points (RLY).
You can also perform a general search on multiple order fields at the same time.
To do this, simply type your search in the search bar at the top of the interface (in green below). For example, all orders to Lille:
Note: Loading orders via this search may take longer.
This is because the filter is applied to all fields of the order instead of just one, as with other filters, so it takes longer to process.
