Description: This error typically indicates an issue with the Amazon account connection.

Possible Causes:
The Amazon account does not have a Professional selling plan subscription.
The user lacks administrator privileges to install third-party applications within the Amazon Seller Central account.
The Amazon account is not fully active.
The user's Amazon account is in a different region and they are redirected to the Amazon US login page.
The region/marketplace selected is in a pending status

Resolution Steps:
Verify that the Amazon account has a Professional selling plan.
Confirm that the user has administrator access to the Amazon Seller Central account.
Ensure that the Amazon account is fully activated and in good standing.
If the Amazon account is in a different region, use the correct login URL for that region.
Ensure that the marketplace/country selected for the Amazon account is active and without pending registration.
If all things are verified and correct, try to connect your Amazon account again.

Please note that if your Amazon has an issue, you'll need to contact Amazon Seller Central Support to resolve this. Otherwise, if everything is verified and you are still unable to connect your Amazon account, reach out to our live chat support.
