Order creation date.
First and last name of the order recipient.
Delivery postal code and city.
Delivery flag and country.
Order delivery method. A solid blue circle indicates that the order will have Ad-Valorem insurance.
Number of labels to generate for this order.
Print the label for this order (if available).
