Amazon reports General Product Safety Regulation warnings or missing safety information - Amazon Marketplace Plus
Amazon may request additional GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) information for your products.
The module supports sending the following GPSR fields to Amazon:
- GPSR Safety Attestation
- Manufacturer’s Email or Electronic Address
- Responsible Person’s Email or Electronic Address
Configure GPSR information in the module
These fields can be configured in your product profiles:

Once configured, this information can be sent to Amazon by sending a synchronization feed with the option Extended Data enabled.
To do this:
- Select the products
- Go to: Catalog > Amazon > Offers
- Enable the option: Extended Data
- Click: Verify
- Then click: Send to Amazon
Important limitation
Amazon may also request additional responsible person or manufacturer information such as:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- City
- Zip Code
- Country
This information must be entered directly in the:
Amazon Seller Central > Account Health section.
This data cannot be added to the product information itself and cannot be sent by the module.
