Account Setup

The Chronopost account number and password are required to:

retrieve the delivery methods available for an address (Third-party shipping rates feature)
retrieve the list of collection points (coming soon)
generate your shipping labels
track your packages

The sub-account (optional data) will allow you to separate your cost centers; it will then be taken into account when printing shipping labels via:

the shipping web service,
ChronoShip Station,
ChronoShip Office.

If you do not know the Chronopost account number, the "sub-account," or the password, you can request them from your usual sales contact, or by email at: demander.a.chronopost@chronopost.fr.
