# Workflow complet : offre → commande → expédition

Enchaînement type une fois le module configuré.

## 1. Offres sur Mirakl

1. (Optionnel) [Mode Création](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/creation-de-produits-mirakl-create-mode-8ky3fk/) → CSV → import fiches dans Mirakl
2. [Export Offres](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/export-offres-4vwyll/) → prix / stock / SKU
3. Vérifier le rapport Mirakl

Automatiser : cron **Offers Update** — [Tâches Planifiées](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/taches-planifiees-etwsoi/).

## 2. Commande marketplace

1. Client commande sur Mirakl
2. **Accept Orders** si la marketplace l’exige
3. [Import des Commandes](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/import-des-commandes-1rc2n9g/) → commande PrestaShop (paiement Mirakl)

Automatiser : cron Acceptation puis Import (\~20 min après).

## 3. Préparation & expédition

1. Préparer le colis dans PrestaShop
2. Saisir le **numéro de suivi**
3. Passer au statut **sent / expédié** configuré — [Commandes](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/commandes-1saee4g/)
4. Module notifie Mirakl (code transporteur / URL — [Transport](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/transport-z13w2j/))

## 4. Suite

* Livré (si marketplace + statut configurés)
* Annulation Mirakl → sync canceled — article [Annulations](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/annulations-mirakl-prestashop-1sxbx9a/)
