> The Octopia order state 'XXX' for order YYY (Standard (Seller)) is not mapped to a PrestaShop status. Please configure 'XXX' in the module Orders settings.

ou, pour la fulfilment :

> The Octopia order state 'XXX' for order YYY (C Logistique (Fulfillment)) is not mapped to a PrestaShop status. Please configure 'XXX' in the module Orders settings.

*(Libellés actuels du module, souvent en anglais.* *`XXX`* *= statut Octopia,* *`YYY`* *= référence / id commande.)*

Parfois un **avertissement** (import quand même effectué) :

> Note: default order state was used for order … because the Octopia order state was not mapped (…)

### Cause

- **Orders States** — commandes vendeur (Standard)
- **Orders States (C Logistique)** — commandes fulfilment

### Que faire

1. Ouvrez la configuration du module → onglet **Commandes**.
3. Enregistrez la configuration.
