# Annulations Mirakl → PrestaShop

Quand une commande passe annulée / fermée **côté Mirakl**, le module peut appliquer le statut annulé **PrestaShop**.

## Configuration

Onglet [Commandes](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/commandes-1saee4g/) :

1. **Choose a default canceled order status** → statut PS (ex. Annulé)
2. **Mirakl States** (multi) : `CANCELED`, `CLOSED`, `REFUSED`, `INCIDENT_CLOSED`
3. **Lookback days** (ex. `5`) — fenêtre de recherche

## Cron

URL **Sync Canceled Orders** — [Tâches Planifiées](https://doc.common-services.com/fr/article/taches-planifiees-etwsoi/) (\~2 h).  
Une URL par shop ID si besoin.

Sans statut annulé configuré, le cron peut s’arrêter avec une erreur de configuration.

## Limites

* Ne remplace pas le suivi manuel des litiges
* Lookback trop court → annulations anciennes non reprises
* Vérifier que le statut PS choisi est cohérent avec votre workflow
