# What are the delivery statuses? (Collisimo)

Your packages can have one of the following statuses:

|  **Status** | **Description** | **Action triggered on Shopify** |
| -------- | -------- | -------- |
| PICKED UP | The package is picked up, or in processing | Delivery marked as picked up (confirmed) |
| RECIPIENT INFORMED | The recipient has been notified. | Delivery marked as picked up (confirmed).|
| IN DELIVERY | The package is being delivered, in transit, or ready to be shipped. | Delivery marked as in_transit. |
| DISTRIBUTED | The package has been distributed. | Delivery marked as picked up (confirmed). |
| SORTED | The package has been sorted. | Delivery marked as picked up (confirmed). |
| SHIPPED | The package has been shipped. | Delivery marked as out_for_delivery. |
| TO PICK UP | The package is available, ready for collection at the collection point. | Delivery marked as delivered. |
| DELIVERED | The package has been delivered. | Delivery marked as delivered. |
| RETURNED RECIPIENT | The package has been returned. | Delivery marked as canceled. |
| ERROR | The package delivery is in error. | Delivery marked as error. |
| UNKNOWN | The status is unknown (an anomaly is possible). | N/A |
