# Update Offers – Support Request

You have a problem with the submission of offers and you need support. Follow these instructions:

Go to **Catalog > Cdiscount > Offer Integration** (see also [Export : Offers Updates](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/export-offers-updates-1xkicss/)).

– Export and send your offers (you may use **Do not send** if support only needs the generated file):

– Download the .Zip file displayed by the module:

– Generate the report:

– Save the report:

Note: Select, Copy and Paste the entire text into a file (e.g. Notepad on Windows), then save the file.

You now have a .zip file and a .txt file: send us these files with your support request.
If the problem relates to a particular product or product data, attach a screenshot of the various tabs of the product sheet.
