# Unable to import duplicate product - Please remove the duplicate product in your database - Amazon Marketplace Plus

The export log shows a message like:

||| Unable to import duplicate product – Please remove the duplicate product in your database (e.g. XYZ)

## Cause

The module has detected that the product reference is used more than once in your database, which is not allowed.

## What to Do

Each product **and each combination** must have a **unique reference**.

### Steps to Fix

1. **Copy the reference** shown in the error message.
2. **Paste it into the PrestaShop back office search bar.**

If multiple results appear, it confirms that the reference is duplicated:

> ⚠️ **Important**: If the duplicate is from a product combination, it might not appear immediately. Click on the product in the results and check the "Combinations" tab to verify the reference.

3. **Edit the references** to ensure all are unique.
