# Unable to find the product for this SKU

When importing an order, you may see:

> orders_import.php/1045: Unable to find this product (XXX - YYY)

and/or in the import list:

> Product not found or SKU mapping issue

*(Current module strings. The line number may vary.)*

The module looks up the product by **Reference / SKU** (`SellerProductId`) and did not find it in PrestaShop.

### Did you export this product to Cdiscount with the module?

Check that the product still exists in PrestaShop (search by **Reference**):

Also check:

- No space / invisible character in the reference  
- No duplicate references  
- Product active and orderable on the front office  
- SKU find/replace / sanitization rules in **Settings** (same rules on export and import)

### Did products exist on Cdiscount before the module?

Offers may use a SKU different from the PrestaShop reference. Align marketplace SKU ↔ PrestaShop reference.
