# Unable to associate the carrier to the order - Amazon Marketplace Plus

While importing orders, the following message appears:

## Cause

The module does not recognize the shipping method used by Amazon (e.g., "Std UK Dom").

## Solution

Configure the **incoming carrier mapping** in the module:

1. Go to **Module Configuration > Marketplace tab** (e.g., "French" for Amazon France).  
2. Scroll to the **Carrier Mapping** section.  
3. In *Incoming Orders*, add the exact name of the carrier shown in the error message.

4. In the right column, select the corresponding PrestaShop carrier.
