# The "Pending Shipment" order status automatically sends an email. This is not allowed by Amazon. Please configure another order status.

Message displayed in the module's Information tab:

||| The "Pending Shipment" order status automatically sends an email. This is not allowed by Amazon. Please configure another order status.

---

## Problem

By default, PrestaShop's **"Shipped"** status sends an email to the customer.
This violates Amazon's rules, so you must create a new **custom order status without email notification**.

---

## Solution

### 1. Create a new order status

Go to **Orders > Order Statuses**, then click **Add**:

---

### 2. Configure the new status

* **Uncheck** the box "Send email to customer"
* **Check** the same options as your regular "Shipped" status

### 3. Assign the new status in the Amazon module

Go to the module configuration, under the **Parameters** tab, and select the new status:

✅ The warning message will disappear, and no store email will be sent for Amazon orders.
