# Support and warranty limits - Amazon Marketplace Plus

## Support Limits

The following are **not covered** by our support:

* Store content setup (product quantities, images, categories, etc.)
* PrestaShop version upgrades
* Server, hosting provider, or PHP version changes
* Any modification made to the module (this voids support)
* Multiple installations or major catalog restructuring

## Warranty Limitations

* You may choose from PrestaShop’s list of recommended hosts.  
  If you use a different host, **no guarantee of compatibility or performance** is provided.

* In the event of account suspension, removal, or contract termination by the marketplace,  
  **we are not liable**, and no warranty or compensation will apply.

* The module is guaranteed to function on a **clean/default PrestaShop installation**.  
  If your setup has been customized or modified, **support and warranty no longer apply**  
  and are considered transferred to the party who made the changes.
