# SKU/Reference not found in your database - Amazon Marketplace Plus

## Error When Importing Orders

### Example of error message

||| SKU/Reference not found in your database. Please check existence of this product: #000-123456-12345678 SKU: XXX-YYY

This means the **module cannot find the product** in your PrestaShop database.

---

## Case 1 – First time using the module

If you already had an inventory on Amazon with **different references**:

* **Purge your Amazon inventory**.
* You can only import orders created **after** aligning references with those in PrestaShop.
* Read: [Validate your catalog structure](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/validating-your-catalog-structure-amazon-marketplace-plus-d3xsyp/)
* Then export in **Sending Offers (synchronization) + Matching** mode: [Guide](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/sending-syncing-offers-amazon-marketplace-plus-1pz0psa/)

---

## Case 2 – Products already exported with the module

The module uses the **Reference** field in PrestaShop as the **SKU** on Amazon.
Ensure that:

* The product has a **valid reference**.
* The product is **active** and **in stock**.
* The reference is **exactly identical** to the one in the Amazon order (no spaces before/after).
* There are **no duplicates** (same reference used by multiple products or combinations).

---

## Summary

1. Check product reference.
2. Check product stock and activation.
3. Remove extra spaces and duplicates.
4. Align inventory if references differ.
