# Skipping product: X/X has no EAN13 - Amazon Marketplace Plus

## Error: Product without EAN code

Message in the export log:

## Cause

On most marketplaces (unless [exempt](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/gcid-code-exemption-amazon-marketplace-plus-gz1i9q/)), an **EAN code** is mandatory.

The **EAN code** field is empty for this product (and its possible combinations).

## Solution

1. Open the product sheet in PrestaShop.  
2. Fill in the **EAN code** field in the **Information** tab.  
3. If the product has combinations, enter a **unique EAN** for each one.
