# Sending images - Amazon Marketplace Plus

When a product is sent in **creation mode**, the module does **not send images right away**. Here’s why:

## Technical reason

Amazon processes feeds on **multiple servers in parallel**.  
If **product data** and **images** are sent at the same time:

* The server handling images may **not yet recognize the SKU**
* Result: **image feed fails**

This issue was common in older versions of the module.

## What does the module do?

During product creation:
* The module **flags the product** to be updated in a **future offer feed**
* This allows image upload to happen later, safely

## What you should do

1. Go to the **Offers** tab
2. Check the box **"Send Images"**
3. Click **"Send"**

➡️ The images will be uploaded and linked to the product on Amazon.

## Image display delay

It may take **some time** before images appear on Amazon.

## Why are other images shown?

Amazon decides which images to display based on:

* Image quality
* Seller reputation
* Product content history

If your images aren’t shown, **Amazon chose another seller’s images** it considers better.

* Images are **not sent with product creation** to avoid feed errors
* Send them later with the **offer feed** by checking **"Send Images"**
* Amazon may show **other sellers' images** based on quality or relevance
