# Scheduler - Spartoo (Shopify)

**Spartoo > Settings > Scheduler**

This screen turns the automatic Spartoo tasks on or off.

![Scheduler](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/3/f/a/8/3fa8ee645cd13200/screenshot-33_574dky.png)

Each row is one task. The checkbox under **Status** turns it on or off. Click **Save** after a change.

## The four tasks

**Send products to Spartoo**
Builds the product feed from your catalogue and sends it to Spartoo. Runs at :15 and :45.

**Import orders from Spartoo**
Fetches new orders from Spartoo and queues them for your shop connector. Runs at :20 and :50.

**Report shipments to Spartoo**
Tells Spartoo when an order is shipped, and sends the tracking number. Runs every two hours. It tries up to five times. Only the tracking number is sent.

**Report cancellations to Spartoo**
Cancels the order on Spartoo when it is cancelled in your shop. This is off by default. A cancellation on Spartoo cannot be undone, and the buyer is refunded at once.

## Turning a task off

**Send products to Spartoo** off: Spartoo listings are not refreshed, including stock.

**Import orders from Spartoo** off: new orders stay on Spartoo and do not reach the shop. They are not lost. When you turn the task back on, the import looks back as far as **Days of orders to fetch**.

**Report shipments to Spartoo** off: Spartoo is not told about shipments from the shop.

**Report cancellations to Spartoo** off: a cancellation in the shop is not sent to Spartoo. On **Orders > Imported**, that order can show as **Cancelled, not reported**. Spartoo still treats it as open.

## If a task seems not to run

Check [Reports](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/reports-spartoo-shopify-g8hghx/) first. A product or order run that finished leaves a line there. If a run was skipped, the report gives the reason. That is usually a missing partner code, a connector that cannot be reached, or an expired Shopify subscription.

If the banner **Your Shopify subscription has expired.** is on the Spartoo pages, the tasks are paused until the subscription is active again. Nothing is deleted.

Also check **Authentication**: the partner code must be accepted, and the shop connector must be reachable.
