# Remove a product from Spartoo - Spartoo (Shopify)

Feed.biz can stop sending a product to Spartoo. It cannot delete the listing that is already on Spartoo.

## What Feed.biz does

| What you do in Feed.biz | What happens on Spartoo |
| ---- | ---- |
| Add an [exclusion](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/filters-spartoo-shopify-113hwxp/) | The product is **not sent** on the next run. What is already online **stays**. |
| Leave it without a [category](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/categories-spartoo-shopify-1dw3jql/) rule (**Sync** = **No** on **Products**) | Same: it is not sent. The listing on Spartoo is not removed. |
| Tick **Disable** under **Products** > **Product Options** | The product is still sent, with **stock 0**. It stays listed but cannot be bought. |
| Delete the product in Shopify | Feed.biz drops it from its catalogue. The Spartoo listing is not removed. |

There is no **Delete from Spartoo** button in Feed.biz.

## How to take a listing down

1. Remove the product in your **Spartoo seller account** (the Spartoo back office).
2. In Feed.biz, keep it out of the feed so it does not come back:
   * add an exclusion, or
   * leave it without a category rule, or
   * leave the Shopify product deleted / inactive.

Then let **Send products to Spartoo** run, or export from **Products**.

## How to check

Under [Reports](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/reports-spartoo-shopify-g8hghx/), open the product run with **View Report**.

* An excluded product shows a warning that it **matches an exclusion rule**.
* That means it was not sent. It does **not** mean Spartoo deleted it.

## If you only need it unsellable

On **Products**, open **Product Options** for that product and use **Disable**. Stock on Spartoo goes to **0**. The listing stays. To remove it from the site, you still delete it in the Spartoo back office.
