# Promotions and Sales - Amazon Marketplace Plus

All of the following indications apply **only if the "Sales/Promotions" box is checked** in the **Parameters** tab of the module.

## Outside the Sales Period

If a **specific price** is defined in PrestaShop, this price will be exported to Amazon as the **regular price**:

## During Sales

To mark a product as being on sale, you must **check the “On sale” box** in the product page:

The module will then use the **first specific price with both a start and end date** as the sale price.

### Requirements for a valid sale price:

* A **start date** AND an **end date**
* A **discount**, either in amount or percentage

## Sale Dates Handling

Even if the start date is in the future, the module will **export the sale price and its dates** to Amazon.  
Amazon will then display the sale price **only during the valid sales period**.
