# Products - Spartoo (Shopify)

**Spartoo > Products**

This screen shows what Feed.biz has read from the shop. You can check a product, change a value for Spartoo only, and send a product without waiting for the scheduler.

The list stays empty until the catalogue has been read. The message is then: **No product yet. They arrive from your shop connector.** Ask for a read under **Settings > Authentication**, with **Request a catalogue sync**.

If there is no category rule, a warning is shown: a product is sent only once a category rule places it in a Spartoo category.

## Finding a product

The **Title/SKU/ID** box searches the title, the product id, and a variant’s SKU or id. A variant SKU finds the product. The SKU is matched from the start.

The lists beside it filter by **Brand**, **Product type**, **Tag**, **Category**, and **Status**. **Reset filters** clears the search and the lists.

## Variants

The arrow next to the variant count opens them. The control is **Show variants**, then **Hide variants**. Each row shows the title, id, SKU, price, quantity, and photo count.

## Sync

The **Sync** column is **Yes** when a category rule places the product in a Spartoo category. Only those products are sent. For a **No**, add or change a rule under **Categories**.

## The four tabs

**Export** is the list with checkboxes and **Export selected**.

**Preview feed** is the `<>` button on each row, on every tab. It shows the feed that would be sent for that product. Nothing is sent from this screen.

## Product Options

The pencil opens overrides for this product.

**Override name** replaces the name sent to Spartoo, in every language.

**Override price** replaces the shop price and the price rules. Currency conversion, then a discount, still apply after that.

**Force stock** sends a stock of 999, whatever the shop holds.

**Disable** sends a stock of zero. The product stays on Spartoo, but it cannot be bought. If both boxes are ticked, the stock sent is 999.

An empty name or price gives the rules back. An unticked box returns to the shop stock.

## Translations

This tab holds the **Title** and **Description** sent per language. They are used only if **Use my translations in the feed** is on, under **General Settings**. Otherwise every country gets the shop text.

An empty field also uses the shop text. An **Override name** still wins over a translated title.

## Image Mapping

The photo button is on this tab. It does not appear for a product with no options. The counter, for example **0/1 colors**, shows how many colours already have photos chosen. Colours with none use the variant photos, then the product gallery.

## Export selected

Tick products on the **Export** tab, then click **Export selected**. Only those products are sent, straight away.

The send is the same as the scheduled one: same rules, same exclusions, same overrides. When it finishes, the message points to the **Reports** menu.
