# Product Options - Force stock, Disable, price and name - Spartoo (Shopify)

**Spartoo > Products > Product Options**

These settings apply to **one product**. They override the general rules for that product only. They do not change the product in Shopify.

Open the **Product Options** tab, then the options for the product.

## The fields

| Field | What it does |
| ---- | ---- |
| **Override name** | Replaces the product name sent to Spartoo, in every language. |
| **Override price** | Replaces the price for this product, before currency conversion. Price rules and discounts still apply after that when they are configured to. |
| **Force stock** | Sends stock **999**, whatever the shop holds. Useful for made-to-order. |
| **Disable** | Sends stock **0**. The product stays on Spartoo but cannot be bought. |

Click **Save** in the window.

## Force stock vs Disable

* **Force stock** = always in stock on Spartoo (999).
* **Disable** = unsellable on Spartoo (0), listing kept.
* If both are on, **Force stock** wins (999 is sent).

Neither option deletes the Spartoo listing. To remove a listing, delete it in the Spartoo back office and keep it out of the feed. See your Frequent issues article on removing a product.

## Disable vs Exclusions

| Listing on Spartoo | Stays (unsellable) | Stays as last sent until you remove it on Spartoo |
| Scope | One product | Any products matching the rule |

## After you save

The next **Send products to Spartoo** run (or **Export selected** on Products) applies the change. Check [Reports](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/reports-spartoo-shopify-g8hghx/) if the result is not what you expected.
