# Pickup points (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, SendCloud)

When a Cdiscount / Octopia order uses **pickup point** delivery, the module can write the relay into your PrestaShop carrier module (labels, tracking).

If no integration is enabled, the order is imported **without** pickup-point data in Mondial Relay / Colissimo / SendCloud.

### Prerequisites

1. Pickup delivery modes **enabled** in Octopia (*shipping settings*).
2. Those modes **mapped** in the module → **Transportation** (PrestaShop carriers).
3. Target module installed and configured (native Mondial Relay, Colissimo / So Colissimo, and/or SendCloud).

Otherwise you may get marketplace errors such as *Livraison … : non paramétré* (delivery mode not configured on the seller account / not mapped in Transport).

### Enable integrations

**Transportation** → **Pickup Point Integrations**  
(*Enable the integrations you use… All options default to disabled.*)

Tick only what you use, then **Save**.

### Mondial Relay integration

- Octopia modes: `PickupPointMondialRelay`, `ExpressPickupPointMondialRelay`
- Writes the point into the native PrestaShop **Mondial Relay** module
- Requires Mondial Relay installed and configured

### Colissimo / So Colissimo integration

- Modes: `PickupPointLaPoste` (and Standard / Express variants)
- Supported modules: Colissimo Flexibilité (`soflexibilite`, `colissimo`) and legacy So Colissimo (`socolissimo`, `soliberte`)

### SendCloud integration

- SendCloud labels for **Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, Colissimo** (and supported pickup modes)
- On import: row in `ps_service_points_v2`
- Requires SendCloud module + API keys

1. Tick **SendCloud integration**
2. **SendCloud API Public Key** / **Secret Key**
(*Obtain from SendCloud: Settings > Integrations > Sendcloud API > Connect*)
3. **Test connection**
4. Save

When SendCloud is set up: *When SendCloud is enabled… new Cdiscount pickup orders get their relay written to… service_points_v2 during order import.*

You can combine them if your process requires it; enable only what you actually use.

### Missing pickup point (SendCloud)

**Orders** → **Fix SendCloud pickup integration** (when SendCloud is enabled):

1. PrestaShop order ID **or** API `orderId` / reference
2. **Retry SendCloud integration**

The module fetches the order again and rewrites the relay in `ps_service_points_v2`.  
**Re-importing** an order that already exists in PrestaShop can also fill a missing point.

### Checklist

1. Pickup modes enabled in Octopia
2. Mapping under **Transportation**
3. Carrier / SendCloud module(s) OK
4. **Pickup Point Integrations** checkbox(es) + SendCloud keys if needed
5. Test one pickup order (import)
6. If needed: **Fix SendCloud** tool
