# Orders > Spartoo (Shopify)

## Managing Your Spartoo Orders

### 1. Prerequisite: Configure Your Countries
Before you can import or manage orders, ensure you have enabled the correct country platforms:
* Go to [Settings > Countries](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/multiple-countries-193o5qi/).
* Check the boxes for the specific Spartoo regional platforms (e.g., France, Italy) from which you want to export products and fetch orders.
* Click **Save**.

### 2. Manual Order Import (Order Import Tab)
If you need to check or manually pull new orders into Shopify:
* Go to **Orders > Order Import**.
* Select the target **Date**.
* Choose the **Order Status** from the dropdown menu (*All orders* or *Ready to be imported*).
* Select the relevant country platform tile (only active countries configured in your settings will appear here).
* Click the **Lookup** button to search for and import available orders.

### 3. Tracking Synced Orders (Order Imported Tab)
To view and monitor orders that have already been successfully synchronized with your Shopify store:
* Go to **Orders > Order Imported**.
* Use the **From** and **To** date pickers to filter your view.
* This section will list all Spartoo orders integrated into your Shopify system during the selected timeframe.
