# Orders import

## Orders Acceptance

**Orders > Cdiscount > Accept the orders**

Order acceptance confirms the order with CDiscount: if you accept an order, that means you accept to fulfill and deliver it.

*Important*:
Once accepted, the order cannot be imported immediately. Allow a processing period of up to several tens of minutes.

## Orders Import

**Orders > Cdiscount > Import the orders**

The module displays a list of orders to import; you can import them individually or by batch.

Unselect the orders that you do not want to import.

Once imported, you will find them in your usual orders list. CDiscount orders then have the payment method **CDiscount**.

*Important*:
If **Import by reference (SKU)** is configured ([Settings](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/settings-18jvr8w/)), the PrestaShop **Reference** field must match the CDiscount **SKU / SellerProductId**. This is the mandatory matching key. If it is not found, the order is not imported. See also [Validate your catalog structure](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/validate-your-catalog-structure-cdiscount-1trq16m/).

An automatic import script is available: see [Scheduled Tasks](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/scheduled-tasks-cdiscount-marketplace-1mhw55o/).

## After the order import

An additional section appears on the order page so you can easily identify a CDiscount order:

Status updates will then be automatic: see [Orders Statuses](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/orders-statuses-jjk3p0/).

It is essential to enter the **tracking number** on the order page for any shipment whose status you want updated automatically:
