# Order Cancellation - Amazon Marketplace Plus

This feature allows the module to **cancel orders in both directions**:  

* If a customer cancels an order on **Amazon**, the module cancels it in **PrestaShop**  
* If you cancel an order in **PrestaShop**, the module cancels it on **Amazon**

## How to Enable

1. Go to **Modules > Amazon > Configure > Features tab**
2. Enable **“Order Cancelation”**

3. Set the **Canceled order status** (make sure it [doesn’t send emails](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/the-pending-shipment-order-status-automatically-sends-an-email-this-is-not-allowed-by-amazon-please-configure-another-order-status-12hhtwk/))

4. The module will generate the **cron URL** in the [Scheduled Tasks](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/scheduled-tasks-amazon-marketplace-plus-1j9uidk/) tab.  

   This scheduled task handles all cancelations automatically.

## Cancelation Triggered by Amazon

If a customer cancels an order on Amazon:  

→ The module will **automatically update** the status in PrestaShop.

## Cancelation from PrestaShop

1. Set the order status to **Canceled**:

2. Select a **reason** (1) and click **Confirm cancelation** (2):

## Cancelation in Progress

While the scheduled task hasn’t processed the cancelation yet, you can still **revert it**:

Once the cancelation is completed, the module will display this confirmation:

✅ This confirms that the order has been successfully **canceled on Amazon**.
